General Dentist (Contract)

Responsibilities: We are currently seeking an experienced general dentist to provide quality dental care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position offers a competitive salary with benefits, or with the option of Contract employment at competitive compensation.

Qualifications: Well-rounded general dentistry skills including routine oral surgery and limited endo. Demonstrated sound clinical judgment with a commitment to quality and lasting restorations. Passion for preventative dentistry and patient wellness. Exceptional communication skills and chair-side manner. Must be comfortable working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical and other special needs. Must possess current Texas Dental License and Registration, NPI and DEA. Must have sufficient Liability Insurance. Certifications in Oral Sedation and Nitrous Oxide a plus. Must be eligible to be credentialed by TMHP (Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership).


Direct Support Professional (Full Time) (WRF)
Pay Rate: $9.44/hr
Schedule: 12:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m. Tuesday-Saturday
Location: Willow River Farms (4073 FM 3318 Brookshire, TX 77423)

Responsibilities: Responsible for instructing and training adults with disabilities (primarily developmental disabilities) within a group home setting. Performs assessments, implements and documents consumers’ program plans under the direction of case coordinators, and monitors the safety and health needs of the assigned consumers.  Conducts training sessions in areas such as daily living skills, community awareness, grooming and hygiene, and personal safety.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. One year in a residential setting which provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. Applicant must have good verbal and writing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively with others, exercise independent judgment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work. Valid Texas Driver’s License, CPR and SAMA certification upon hire and renewed annually thereafter.


Direct Support Professional (Full Time) (WRF)

Schedule: 4:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

Responsibilities: The receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls for the agency; assisting residents with their needs regarding telephone calls and mail; assisting visitors to the agency; and light typing and filing.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED and one year experience in clerical or receptionist position. Applicant must have good verbal and writing skills, ability to multitask, ability to communicate effectively with others, exercise independent judgement, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work. Computer literate with ability to operate a switchboard. Valid Texas Driver’s License, CPR and SAMA certification upon hire and renewed annually thereafter.


Direct Support Professional (Full Time) (Cullen)
Pay Rate: $9.44 per hour
Location: 3550 West Dallas
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 4:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m.

Responsibilities: The Direct Support Professional is responsible for efficiently coordinating the daily activities for the residents in a residential setting. Duties include, but are not limited to, instructing/training residents to achieve maximum independence while fostering a caring and family-style environment, assisting with hygiene, bathing, laundry and household cleaning. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each resident in his/her care. Ensures necessary documentation is accurate and complete within the established time frame and in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and one year in a residential setting which provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. Applicant must have good verbal and writing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively with others, exercise independent judgment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work.
