Direct Support Professional (PRN, Willow River Farms)
Pay Rate: $9.44 per hour
Schedule: PRN
Location: Willow River Farms (4073 FM 3318 Brookshire, TX 77423)

Responsibilities: Responsible for instructing and training adults with disabilities, primarily developmental disabilities, within a group home setting. Performs assessments; implements and documents clients’ program plans under the direction of case coordinators; and monitors the safety and health needs of their assigned clients. Conducts training sessions in areas such as daily living skills, community awareness, grooming and hygiene, and personal safety.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year in a residential setting that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities. Applicant must have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, exercise independent judgment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work. Valid Texas Driver’s License, CPR and SAMA certification upon hire and renewed annually thereafter.


Direct Support Professional (Part Time, Willow River Farms)
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. Saturday-Sunday or 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday

Performs assessments; implements and documents clients’ program plans under the direction of case coordinators; and monitors the safety and health needs of their assigned clients. Conducts training sessions in areas such as daily living skills, community awareness, grooming and hygiene, and personal safety. Instructional materials are provided as a part of the daily training, as well as scheduling and participating in community field trips. Local travel may be required.

Residential Administrator (On-Site Living)

Schedule: On-Site Living

Responsibilities: The Residential Administrator is responsible for oversight of residents in the Supported Independent Living Program. He or she will provide direction and support for the ongoing operation of the residential program and provide care/support to the client(s) in the program on a regularly scheduled basis. The Residential Administrator will adhere to the provision of services as designated by standards, rules, and policy. Duties include: Serving as a liaison among residents, property management, and agency management; reviewing and collecting rent payments in a timely manner; maintaining apartment units by addressing resident complaints, completing repair orders, and enforcing rules of occupancy; coordinating maintenance schedules with property and agency management; resolving client issues by phone or in person and forwarding calls to appropriate administrative staff as required.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. BS/BA in human services strongly preferred. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a state agency regulated residential program. Must be knowledgeable about state agency regulations. Must be able to multitask. Note: This position requires the Residential Administrator to live on-site as a single-occupancy tenant as well as the ability to drive a company van as needed. Irregular hours and evening/weekend work is required. Must participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.


Direct Support Professional (Cullen)
Pay Rate: $9.69 per hour
Location: 3550 West Dallas St Houston, TX 77019
Schedule: Friday 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.; Monday 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.; Saturday –Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Responsibilities: The Direct Support Professional is responsible for efficiently coordinating the daily activities for the clients in a residential setting. Duties include, but are not limited to, instructing/training residents to achieve maximum independence while fostering a caring and family-style environment; assisting with hygiene, bathing, laundry, and household cleaning. The Direct Support Professional is responsible for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of each resident in his/her care. He or she ensures necessary documentation is accurate and complete within the established time frame and is in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED plus one year in a residential setting providing services to adults with developmental disabilities required. Applicant must have good verbal and writing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to communicate effectively with others, exercise independent judgment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times while at work.
